The race starts and finishes at the Parade in Kilkenny as per 2019
Registration online or from 5pm on the Parade alongside Kilkenny Castle.

Update 14/10: Entrants after 9:30am on 14th October will not receive a tshirt. If there are spares available after the race you will have the option to take one then.
T-shirts allocated to first 500 registrants.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to Kilkenny this Friday for our annual 5km Road Race. Please read the following information carefully to ensure a safe and smooth running of the race.
**PLEASE PAY PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THE OPTION TO PICK UP RACE PACKS ON THURSDAY. WE WOULD APPRECIATE IF ANYONE WHO CAN, ESPECIALLY LOCALS, AVAIL OF THIS OPTION**
- Number & T Shirt Collection: Numbers can be collected on Thursday night from 6 to 7.30 at the KCH club house at the Watershed or on the night from 5.30 to 7.15 on the Parade down from the start line. Please remember to wear a mask when coming to collect.
- Please remember to obey An Garda Síochána and our marshals at all times. Remember that our marshals and our race committee are volunteers who give up their time to ensure the race's success.
- If you feel unwell or have any signs of Covid 19 please do not attend the race. It is your responsibility to protect yourself and others, please be respectful of all others in attendance. Please wear a mask for collection of numbers, t-shirts and medals. Masks can be worn at the start-line if you wish to wear one.
