The 13th year of the very popular Louisburgh event – The Clew Bay Half Marathon & 10K is an annual favourite of many and is a popular holiday destination along with a very popular pre-Dublin City Marathon run.
Louisburgh is surrounded by stunning beaches (to soak the muscles) with lovely pubs and eateries, close to Westport, and Croagh Patrick, and with items of historical interest – the run passes right by a 2,200 year old Dolmen! You’ll love it!
The Half marathon will start at 11am, the 10k at 11:30am.

Numbers will be distributed at the Louisburgh GAA clubhouse (F28 D520) from 9.30 am.
We advise all runners to pick up their number before 10.45 am.
There is considerable parking at the club house and we have overflow parking nearby if
required. Stewards we be on duty to guide you to your parking and please co-operate with
their instructions.
The start line for both races is in close proximity to the GAA Clubhouse. The Half marathon
will start at 11.00 am and the 10k at 11.30 am
After the race Louisburgh GAA are providing tea and refreshments to revive you!
