How about Foróige’s Fun Run in March?
It’s that time of the year when good intentions are starting to wane, so if you need a bit of a boost and something to train for, why not get your runners on for the Foróige Fun Run on Saturday March 11th? Foróige Tallaght are hosting their annual 5km & 1km Family fun run at 11am in Tymon Park, Tallaght. Get involved and run/jog/walk the distance.
Foróige is Ireland’s leading Youth Development organisation and has been working with young people since 1952. Our purpose is to enable young people to involve themselves consciously and actively in their development and in the development of society.Foróige Tallaght work with young people 10-18yrs and volunteers each year through volunteer-led clubs and staff-led Youth Projects.
Registration is available online and on the day from 10.20am in registration tent at Tymon Park Castletymon Road entrance although under 18s can only register on the day. Parking, Bag Drop, Chip Timed Results and Refreshments will all be available in the park on the day too.
Goodie bags containing Cycle Superstore Training bottles and medals for all participants.
