A run to raise funds for Annacurra Camogie Club. The 5km family run will be through the lovely Roddenagh Woods taking in the Ciaran Shannon Walk. The 10k is a different story and not for the faint of heart. A tough course with a 1,000ft climb in the first half where the race peaks at the 5 Bounds. But what goes up must come down and so there’ll be plenty of time for recovery on the way down!
Changing rooms with shower facilities will be available. Tea, coffee, sausage rolls, sambos & cake will be served in the hall. Hot chocolate will be served to our smallest supporters.
THERE WILL BE A TECH TSHIRT FOR ALL 10K PARTICPANTS
On the day registration opens at 9:00am. The 10k entry fee will up to €25 on the day. Race starts at Annacurra church carpark/ Woods entrance and finishes at Annacurra Community Hall.
Cash Prizes of : 1st male & female €100, 2nd male & female €50, 1st Male & Female O60 €50, 1st O40 male & female €50, 1st Junior €30. (10k only)
Wicklow Spitroasting are providing us with a Pig-on-a-spit for refueling after the event!!!!
