Welcome to the Bere Island 5 Mile Road Race in conjunction with Beara AC & Bere Island GAA.

Set in scenic west Cork, this award winning race (Running In Ireland Awards – Best Race Series 2019) is not to be missed.

We would strongly recommend purchasing a Pop Up Races Number for Life if you intend to run all 3 races in the series, as it will save both you and the organisers time & money.
The race starts in the village at 2:30pm and will be run in line with all current Government and Athletics Ireland guidelines around Covid 19.
