Bling hunters are delighted to announce that on Sunday September 5th we are going live on the day for the Garden County 5k /10k. (Co Wicklow)
We have all been to hell and back and it’s time we took back to the road to enjoy what we all love but to do it safely and most importantly to make sure we all abide by the health and safety procedures at the time of the event.
We will have more government updates closer to the day and will email everyone 2 weeks before the event.
It’s so so important that we all respect the regulations at the time to ensure the safety of all who attend
The event is limited and will sell out fast so sign up ASAP and let’s all enjoy taking part together again
Location: The Beehive Pub, Wicklow.
Event will start at 11am sharp. Limited on the day reg from 9:30am
We are taking no on the day registration and event is limited and will sell out fast
Charity partner
Our charity partner is Crumlin children’s hospital so by taking part your also helping save tiny lives.
Our medal is a massive 100mm medal and our tshirt is of the 42k range as quality is very important to us. I’m sure you have all heard of the 42k range tshirt
Free entry: If you take a sponsorship card and raise 100 euro or more its free to enter and will gain you the entry medal and t-shirt
Water stops: we will have one water stop on the 10k and it will be cups and not bottles. We have to respect the local community so we can’t leave a trace behind. It’s much easier to pick up cups as people don’t tend to carry cups to far
VIRTUAL OPTION.
If you can’t make the day we have a virtual option for you guys to complete 5k or 10k
We also have a limited amount of the same medal coming as 50k for those who would like more of a challenge

FAQs
On the day registration will take place from 9.15 to 10.45.event will start at 11.10 am. Registration will be in a big marquee tent at the back of the building at the right hand side of the car park
Hand gel will be available before you get to the marquee. Please use it before entering the marquee and wear a mask into the marquee also
The beehive restaurant have kindly allowed us to use the grounds again and your welcome to use to toilets but please wear a mask and do not hang around inside after using the toilet
The beehive start a carvery at 12 midday and your very welcome to eat a meal inside if you have been vaccinated
If you are not vaccinated your welcome to eat out in the marquee
Hse advice is to have no refreshments at the event only water at the finish and at the 5km mark on the 10k route

As we are only back after a long time away the route is a simple out and back for the 5k and 10k
Our medal is amazing and t-shirt top quality 42k range
We will be selling t-shirts on the day and we will also have a large display of our virtual challenge medals on display also
