Back To Race List

The Clongowes 5km  / 10km run is part of a Transition Year Project called ‘ The Duck Push ‘ which raises funds for medical equipment for Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin.

The project began in 1993 and has raised over €2.2m for medical equipment since then.

All proceeds from the Clongowes 5km and 10km run go towards the purchase of equipment for Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin.

Rather than taking a path through the beautiful grounds of the boarding school campus we are going virtual this year like many of our fundraising colleagues. Hopefully next year will see everyone back at Clongowes again.

In the meantime here is what you need to do to get involved and help the cause:

Everyone is invited to take part at whatever level you are comfortable with by walking , jogging  or going  for a personal best  in the 5km or 10km distance.

The important thing now is to support the cause and keep the torch alight !
