POSTPONED TO 2021 DUE TO COVID19
After the great success of our inaugural race in 2019, the date has been set for Sunday, 19th April 2020. There will be two distances, 10 mile and 10k.
The 10 mile race will start at 12.00 noon and the 10k start time is 12.30pm.
The race will be started by Olympic athlete and course record holder Mr. Jerry Kiernan.
Please note: Start line for 10 mile race is approx. 1.2km from Race HQ (past the National School and The Bog Pub) so allow time to get to the start line. The 10k race is approx. 1km from Race HQ. Turn left at Murray’s Foodstore to the start line.
Entry Fees:
Early Bird rate available till January 31st 2020, €20 (excl. booking fees). Thereafter the entry fee is: €25 (plus fees) online registration. On the day registration will be €30
Post Race:
Post race refreshments and prize giving ceremony will be held in the Community Centre afterwards. Top prize will go to any participant who manages to beat Jerry Kiernan’s course time (46.39 – 10 mile).
All proceeds go to Dromina Community for community projects
