Ken at Invigorate and Cryospa Clane had to decided to raise money to feed the poor this Christmas.
“Some people aren’t so lucky to have hot meals whenever they wish like most of us, we take it for granted, so I thought it would be nice if we could make alot of homeless/poor families Christmas just a little more comfortable by contributing a small amount from us to them which would have huge meaning for them.
On the 18th of December @ https://www.facebook.com/invigorate.clane/ I am going to teach class after class for the whole day from 5.30am to 20.30pm the plan is to fill the whole schedule with up to 300 participants.
So the goal I’d like to set out for myself all my members and open to non-members is as simple as this.
*Take part in a 30 minute HIIT CLASS 18th Dec between 5.30am and 8.30pm (Ask for availability)
*Ask just 10 people to sponsor YOU €10 between now and Xmas week when we donate the money to www.capuchindaycentre.ie (Or any amount is appreciated.) A meal costs only about €2 so it would be nice if we could feed 100’s of families 
from such a simple contribution.
