Medals for all entrants and trophies for the first 3 men and women back in the 5k and 10k.medal picture will be released in January.
There will be lots of fun with a bouncy castle,face painting, kids dash,music and more so it really is a day for all the family.if you don’t run or walk come along for all the other fun and make a donation.
Our charity partner is our lady’s children’s hospital Crumlin and we are happy to be supporting them again this year.take a sponsor card and raise a minimum 100 euro to receive a free entry plus 15 euro jack whites meal voucher
VIRTUAL RUN OPTION
If you can’t make the day but like the look of our bling you can take part in our virtual 5k or 10k run/walk.
A virtual run is simple and can take part anywhere in the world in your own time at your own pace.you set the terms of your virtual run and once completed send in a run picture to our Facebook event page or to Irish virtual runs and your medal will be sent in the post.
Early bird to run until the 1st of march and all prices go up then and again on the day
5k adult 14 euro to go up to 17 euro after early bird
5k child 11 euro to go up to 13 euro after early bird
5k family 2+2 48 euro to go up to 53 euro after early bird
10k adult 17 euro to go up to 20 euro after early bird
Virtual run option 5k or 10k run/walk 16 euro to go up to 18 euro after early bird

The parking is very limited and parking is available on the grounds of the rugby grounds and on the hard shoulder of the old N11 if the grounds fill up.
We will be providing water on the 10k route and at the finish line along with protein drinks and bananas. We also have a burger van coming on the day so bring some change to get a burger
We have a small bouncy castle coming with a small charge of 2 euro per child and can be paid at registration.
Kids dash is on the rugby field roughly 250 meters and will start at 9.40
The main event will start at 10am with the 10k kicking off first and the 5k 10 mins after that
