This is the 6th annual Killeeneen National School 5km road race. There is something for everyone with a 1km fun run for children (Montessori to 6th Class), a 2.5km walk or a 5km road race. Prizes for top 3 home in male and female categories and also a prize for the first Killeeneen mother and father home.
The route is ideal for those looking for a PB but is also perfect for those new to running as there are no hills!
Tea/ coffee and refreshments are available in the school after the race.

Race day information
- Registration and/or number collection available from 5pm in Killeeneen National School. Registration will close 15 mins ahead of race start time to ensure our event starts on time.
- Start times are as follows:
- Children’s Race 6.15pm (registration closes at 6.00pm)
- Family Walk 6.30pm (registration closes by 6.15pm)
- 5k Road Race 7.00pm (registration closes by 6.45pm)
- Water Bottles provided for the first 100 entries.
- Parking is available at the school but is limited so car pooling is encouraged.
- Please bring your ticket with you (printed or on your phone) as confirmation of booking. You can download your ticket via the above link.
- Please respect your route – no littering.
- Post race refreshments will be served in the school after the race.
