Naas Community College Parents Association are hosting their first Colour Run on Sunday 19th May 2019.

 

The run will be held at 2.00pm in Mondello Park, Naas, Co Kildare.

 

Runners/Walkers of all abilities welcome as well of kids of all ages – young and old – for this fun filled event. Please note that no pets are allowed.

 

On the day registration will be available at a cost of €18 per person so register now and ensure you don’t miss out!

 

Come and join the fun and stay afterwards for our BBQ. All proceeds from the BBQ will go towards Naas Community College.

 

Our Charity Partner Barretstown will receive 10% of all registration fees

 

Please note that this is not a timed event.

RACE DAY INFORMATION:

The Race HQ for the race is Mondello Park, enter at Gate 4.

 

Race Numbers:

  • Race day registration will be available but it will cost more to register on Sunday.  €18 per entry.  Cash only no card payments!
  • Registration starts at 12 Noon and closes at 1.30pm please make a big effort to be on time.
  • Race starts 2pm SHARP.

 

Toilet Facilities:

We have organized toilet facilities on site.  These will be located behind the stage area.

 

Parking:

Parking will be available in Mondello.  Please enter via Gate 4 turn right to the car park (follow the stewards directions). Please ensure to park responsibly and not to block other drivers.  Where possible please care pool. Once you’ve parked your car, please leave the car park and turn right to register.

 

Water Stops:

There will be water stops located on the course to keep you hydrated but feel free to bring your own water on the day too.  Hopefully the weather keeps up for us.

 

First Aid: 

There will be a first aid table located at the registration area.  If you are a qualified first aider can you please log your name and contact details with Niamh just in case someone needs assistance on the day.  Furthermore, we can assure you that the colour does wash out and is totally safe.  The colour itself will be located on the course.  We are using Ministry of Colour packs they are non-flammable and non-toxic colour made with natural ingredients.  Further information available from the First Aid desk regarding washing instructions.  It does wash out and it has been tested on humans... (obviously not on animals)!!

Refreshments:

Post Race BBQ and Presentation of our Free Raffle.  We will have Burgers/Hot Dogs and a Vegetarian option for sale and cakes; tea/coffee station; and soft drinks available to purchase on the day too.  Please support this wonderful cause “OUR SCHOOL”.
