The Annual Rathcoffey GAA 10k & 5K Fun Run Road Race will be held on Saturday, 10th February @11am sharp in Rathcoffey GAA.

T-Shirts available to online registered participants only. (T-Shirts LIMITED TO first 400 registered on line – Cut off 5th January)
All participants will receive a Medal at the finish line.
There will be cash prizes for the first 3 male & females in the 10k Road Race.
1st Prize – €100 (male and female)
2nd Prize – €50 (male and female)
3rd Prize – €20 (male and female)
Both the 10k & 5k is an AAI measured route and will take place around the roads of Rathcoffey before finishing back at Rathcoffey GAA. Note the 10k & 5K road race starts and finishes in Rathcoffey GAA. There will be parking available in the GAA. Bag drop area available.

RACE NUMBERS; Race numbers will be available in Rathcoffey GAA Hall for collection from 9.30am to 10.45am on the 10th February.
Participants that have order the Rathcoffey Fun Run T-Shirt before the cut-off date online will receive this along with your race number.
We strongly suggest you arrive with plenty of time to you are not rushing and can enjoy the build-up beforehand.
General Info
Timing chip is integrated in your race number (FYI - it is very small, white and hard to see). They are disposable. Please ensure they are visible on the front of your outer top and clear of all other garments when you start and finish the race otherwise it might not pick up the chip signal.

Car parking is available at Rathcoffey GAA and Marshalls will be in place to direct you.

Bag Drop
We have a bag drop available in the hall of Rathcoffey GAA - Opens at 9.30am. Considering your transport is nearby and if you have valuables I’d recommend putting them in your car as we can’t accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items. THIS WILL BE BUSY SO PLEASE DROP YOUR BAG AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID DELAYS.

11.00am Start time for 10km participants. Location start/finish line
11.10am Start time for 5km participants. Location start/ finish line
Routes are available on the Rathcoffey Fun Ran Facebook page and very well marshalled.
Other Considerations
Weather – As of now we are expecting the weather to be good on the day. However, hot or cold please take whatever precautions are necessary for either eventuality.
FINISH LINE - This event we will have water, bananas and your finisher medal at the finish line.
WATER STATIONS – 1 on the course for 5km participants and 2 for 10km participants only.
TOILETS - Toilets available in Rathcoffey GAA. Please treat with respect.
