This Road race is a fundraiser for Dunderry National School and all money raised will benefit the school.
It is suitable for all fitness levels and buggies are welcome.
We walk and run on the day in memory of a very special past pupil Adam Cosgrove who sadly passed away at a young age.
Refreshments will be available for all after the race and fun activities will be available for the children on the school grounds from 1pm.
A great day is promised for all!

Remembering Adam 5k/10k roadrace in aid of Dunderry National School are delighted to announce prizes will be offered on the day for the following categories
| 10k | 1st, 2nd & 3rd male and female places |
| 5k | 1st, 2nd & 3rd male and female places |
| Juveniles | 1st, 2nd & 3rd male and female places |
| Senior | 1st overall |
Our 10k 1st place winners will enjoy a fabulous overnight stay in the stunning 5* Lyrath Estate Hotel in Co Kilkenny.
Other prizes include vouchers from Sports Direct, Intersport Elverys, McKenna Man, Butterfly Boutique, Cordners Shoes, Eddie Rockets and more. Also included are armband MP3 players, Nintendo SD cards and a Sony speaker.
If you can’t make it in person, but would still like to support this worthy cause, please choose the Virtual Run Option. A virtual run can be done at any time and any location convenient to you. Just send evidence of your completed run through to the event organizers on completion and they’ll send out your medal!

RACE DAY INSTRUCTIONS:
Race day information from the organisers is below.
- Registration & number collection available from 10.00am to 11.45am in Dunderry National School.
- Registration will close at 11.45am sharp to allow for a race warm up and for the race to start on time.
- Prior to the race commencement please assemble in the school yard where a warm up will take place shortly before 12 noon.
- Race will start at 12.00 noon sharp.
- Parking is available at the Dunderry GAA Club - Please follow stewards instructions. Please car pool where possible.
- Light refreshments will be available afterwards in the school grounds.
- Prize giving will take place as close to 1.30 as possible.
- Please note all children must be supervised by parent or guardian at all times before, during and after the race.
