Run for Rita was setup in 2014 in memory of Rita Savage who passed away at 58 from Cancer.
March 2019 will be the sixth year for this event. It is a fun day in Tymon Park on Saturday 30th March @ 3pm, it is suitable for all the family. Registration from 1:30pm at the Park Rangers station.
This year we are raising funds for a local 5yr old little boy. Max has severe autism and is non verbal and the fundraising is to help his family get him an assistance dog to help make daily tasks and family days out easier for Max.
This 5k event is on Saturday 30th March in Tymon Park. It’s the 6th year to run this event and again this year we are hoping that people will get behind it and help us raise much needed funds.
Run, Walk or push a buggy and come along and have some fun with refreshments , Raffle in Kilnamanagh Community while we all raise funds for local charities.

Race Day information is as follows:
- On the day registration available from 1.30pm on Saturday 30th at the Park Rangers Station, Tymon Park.
- The race will start at 15.00 sharp.
- Please respect the route and no littering.
- Ample Car Parking available on site.
