Run the Rock 11k Challenge 2018

#‘Can YOU Run the Rock’(organised by Aughrim GAA Club).

Cushbawn is a 400m high mountain overlooking Aughrim with stunning views to be had over surrounding countryside and hills. This is a run which will test both  body and mind. Starting at the Brooklodge Hotel in nearby Macreddin Village this is a formidable challenge to walk let alone endeavour to run. You will encounter a 350m climb in the first 3km of this forest trail. When you reach the top you can quench your thirst at our summit water station. You will then descend via more forest trails and loop around the Sean Linehan Walk and back up to the finish line in the Brooklodge Hotel.. Relax afterwards in the comfortable surrounds of this thriving Hotel & Spa.

Registration online or on the day from 9:30am. Please note that prices go up by €5 when registering on the day.

PRIZES: U-19,O-40,O-50,O-60 Male & Female. 1^st Male team,1^st Female team & 1^st Mixed team.
