Number collection:

Numbers can be collected at the Race HQ in the Athboy Community Centre, Kildalkey Road, Athboy (C15 P280) between 6.00 – 7.30 pm on Friday and also at Fr Murphys AC club between 7pm & 8pm on Thursday 1st of August

Registrations:

A limited number of entries will be available on the evening – Entry Fee €20.

Race Time:

The race starts at 8pm sharp. The start line is about a kilometer out the N51 towards Navan. Please leave yourself plenty of time to make your way out to the start.

Toilets:

Toilets are available in the Athboy Community Centre

Car Parking

Car parking is available beside the Library, St. James RC Church, and along Main Street. There is no parking available at the Community Centre

Walk-in registrations are welcome on the day of the race (cash payments only) but will close 7.30 pm sharp! Please try to have the exact amount if possible. Cost is €20.

PARKING
There will be no parking at Race HQ. Parking is available at the rear of St. James RC Church, Athboy Library, and on-street throughout the town. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of where you park. If you choose to park elsewhere, please respect the nearby housing estates/businesses and avoid blocking any driveways, yellow boxes and double yellow lines.
THE RACE
Race starts at 8:00 pm sharp. The race will be chip-timed. There will first aid available on the route and at the finish line. We will have marshals at various points along the route. Please listen to any instructions they might give as they are there to ensure the safety of participants. We will endeavour to limit/divert traffic as best as we can however this cannot be guaranteed so we please ask you to be aware of any turns/bends leading onto busier roads.
Water will be available at the finish-line.
POST-RACE
We are delighted to provide our very popular post-race refreshments, available in Athboy Convent Community Centre. We will also have a small prize giving here, once all runners have crossed the finish line.
Please remember to collect all belongings and dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided.
