The Timahoe Heritage Run forms part of the Timahoe Heritage Festival, on the weekend of the 4th and 5th of June.
The run takes place on Saturday the 4th of June and by its very name will bring Participants Past some of the Rich Heritage sites of this beautiful Laois Village.
The Rolling midland landscape bring participants nearby and past Ice Age esker ridges, Neolithic ring forts, The Dún of Clopook (Home of the Púca), Medieval Churches, landed Gentry Estates, An Cruchan, Round Towers, and lots more.

- 5k: €15 (medal) / €25 (medal & Tee)

What time does the race start? 10 mile at 11.30am at the GAA field in Timahoe. 52° 58′ 9.56″ N, 7° 12′ 44.57″ W. The 5k will start shortly after,
Where is registration/number collection?
Registration/number collection is at Timahoe Community Hall R32Kc32. For both 5k and 10 miles.
Where can I park? Parking available at the soccer field beside the Community Hall.
Toilets: Toilets available in the Community Hall.
Where does the race start? The 10 Mile Rd race starts at 11.30am at the GAA field in Timahoe. 52° 58′ 9.56″ N, 7° 12′ 44.57″ W

Race route: From GAA field Around a local road route into the Village and towards Luggacurren and then up the stradbally Rd and returning into Timahoe, finishing at the Round Tower.
