Races start at 9:30am and 1pm sharp
Barrier for the Forest Car Park will be up from 8:30am until 1pm
Please CARPOOL where possible as parking is limited
There will be NO ON THE DAY REGISTRATION. Race numbers will be posted the week of the event
We ask that people do not hang around too long after race 1 as the parking spaces will be required for race 2
There will be 2 small bottles of water per runner during the race, with a 500ml bottle, some fruit, muffins and tea/coffee at the finish
To avail of your free tea/coffee, go to the cafe at the finish area and hand in your race number
There will be bins at the start finish area. If you bring water out beyond the bin zone, you must carry it for the 5km lap. DO NOT LITTER IN THE FOREST
The race comprises of 4 and a bit laps of a 5km loop on the paths of the Forest
